Kundalini Awakening
About a decade ago I had a spontaneous Kundalini experience. An overwhelming sensation accompanied by a deep and profound Gnosis as well as a so called supernatural encounter. This expereince has lead me down a path of knowledge on which I continue to push forward til this very day. I find this video very helpful in understanding the Chakra system and the energies to which they correlate.
